1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 88fa platform in any capacity — whether as a visitor or a registered account holder — you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between 88fa and the user with respect to the use of the platform.

88fa reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 88fa platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from opening an account or participating in any gambling activity on 88fa.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of this platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have been previously banned from 88fa or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating a shared account. Each account must represent a single, uniquely identified individual.

3Account Registration & Verification

All information provided during the account registration process must be accurate, complete, and current. 88fa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where false or misleading information has been provided. As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be required to submit identity verification documents before withdrawals are processed or bonuses are released.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 88fa. Creating multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 88fa will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your login details.
• Account verification via government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method confirmation may be required before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to complete verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

88fa supports a range of local and international payment methods tailored for Bangladesh players. All deposits and withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a standard processing period. 88fa aims to process verified withdrawals within 24-72 hours of approval, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending investigations.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account registered in your name and matching the details on your 88fa account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• 88fa does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check your provider's terms before initiating a transaction.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers extended by 88fa are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, game restrictions, and expiry dates. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable promotion-specific terms in addition to this general Agreement.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Each eligible player may claim a welcome bonus once. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be treated as fraud.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the respective promotion page.
• 88fa reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any bonus credited in error may be reclaimed by 88fa without liability.
• Free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes are each governed by their own specific promotional terms, which supplement and do not replace this Agreement.

6Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

88fa is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and honest gaming environment for all players across Bangladesh. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-driven tools, or any third-party software to manipulate game outcomes or betting patterns.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account credentials, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or coordinated betting designed to circumvent the platform's rules.

7Responsible Gaming

88fa takes responsible gaming very seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity and maintain healthy gaming habits. We encourage all players to use these tools proactively and to seek help if gambling is causing them distress.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to control spending. Requests to lower a deposit limit take effect immediately; requests to raise a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life may apply for voluntary self-exclusion, which will lock their account for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.
• Reality check reminders: Players may activate session time reminders to receive periodic notifications about the duration of their gaming sessions, helping them stay in control of the time spent on the platform.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 88fa platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 88fa or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of 88fa's content without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 88fa, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or payment processing errors beyond 88fa's reasonable control.
• Any interruptions to game availability, incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error, or delays in bonus crediting caused by a system malfunction. 88fa will make reasonable efforts to resolve all such issues promptly and fairly.

10Amendments to Terms

88fa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered users via their registered email address or via an in-platform announcement.

Your continued use of the 88fa platform following the posting of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

11Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with general international online gaming principles. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 88fa platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the 88fa customer support channel. 88fa is committed to resolving all player complaints in a timely and impartial manner. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, either party may pursue applicable legal remedies.
